Focus on Human Well-being: For the organization of the hospital from the workers side and for the delivery of services from the care-takers side, human well-being is the essential organizational focus. Creating an environment that provides quality through observing employee benefit, benefit of the people that are given service to and the benefit of the institution shows the focus over the human well-being. By these pathways the intention is to have satisfied health-care workers and to have a happy patient and the close ones. At the same time focus over the human well-being is a priority over the education of the future specialized doctors.

 

Trust: Health services, despite all the detailed arrangements and procedures are done on the element of trust. Reflecting the trust between hospital management and staff, and between staff and health care-takers without vulnerabilites and continously developing.

 

Equity: Created an environment where all the people receiving services with equal treatment and without any discrimination. When deciding on the use of the services priority will be given according to the need. As a basic principle people with equal level of need will have an equal level of access to the services.

 

Transparency: Clear understanding and support of the hospital management responsibilites and activites by all the staff brings success. Therefore, policies and management principles gets evaluated in regular basis according to the interest and, privilege level and feedbacks gets discussed. In addition, through informing the donors about the hospital's organizational services which has a special foundation, increases the participation.

 

-Efficiency: Working with technology and system, for the right path to organize resources and for the contribution to maximize health level of the community being served.

 

Effectiveness: Intention is to create an environment to serve under the light of scientific evidence without putting staff and patients under any kind of risk.

 

Quality: Beside the the quality of the medical treatments, services has been designed for the comfort of the patients and their relatives. It has been known by all the hospital staff that, quality is a special feature of the hospital that needs continuous improvement.

 

Social Responsibility: Regardless of the status, all the hospitals should be evaluated as an asset for the society. Especially, Vakif Gureba Education and Research Hospital has been established under the reality to oversee the people in need and people in high-risk groups, so the society can be supported consciously over this organizational method. Through its history that has been formed in a long period of time, it carries a very well established social responsibility.

 

Continuous Improvement: Health services goes through many major changes. In accordance with this change, plans and programs gets scheduled considering the organizations and health professionals' continuous learning, development, and self renewal strategies.
